WORKSHOP FOR INTERPRETERS

As ALLIES, we will explore deafness vs. Deafhood, Colonialism, and Audism so we can re-frame our thoughts. Enlighten ourselves on the dimensions of being Deaf and understand the impact the “system” had on Deaf people. Leave workshop as a stronger ally!

Light refreshments will be provided.

The Allies in Deafhood workshop has been made possible by Deafhood Foundation and Professional Interpreting Enterprise.
